If you’ve never heard of a Brazilian butt lift before, it is a buttocks augmentation procedure that has gained considerable popularity in recent years. In 2014, popular culture was obsessed with the butt and many celebrities achieved dramatic and sexy results with this technique. This surgery enhances the buttocks, while toning and shaping the surrounding areas to create a contoured, shapely figure. Both men and women who were previously unhappy with their body have elected to get this surgery done. While undergoing a Brazilian butt lift can improve your appearance and dramatically increase your self-confidence, it is vital that you select a reputable surgeon to work with. The cost of entrusting your body to an inexperienced doctor is high as no one wants to walk away with poor results. The by-product of this isan additional cost to reverse the effects of the procedure, time away from work in recovery and the disappointment and pain of a botched surgery.
When selecting a physician it is important to know what experience and certifications to look for. First, you should focus on finding someone who is board certified and whohas experience performing this procedure before. Look for a physician who is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. When reviewing a surgeon’s experience, keep in mind that there are sub-specialties in the cosmetic enhancement field and that each area requires a different skillset. As a secondary consideration, you should find a physician and staff that can provide excellent customer service. You will be making multiple trips to the clinic for personal consultations and during the recovery process so it’s imperative that you work with a doctor that you trust and get along with. When you are considering such a dramatic change, it is important that your physician shares your sense of aesthetics. Being on the same page about the look and feel of the surgery will help you achieve the results you want.
Any buttocks augmentation involves two steps – first the fatty areas of the lower back, abdomen and thighs are removed via liposuction, then this fat is injected into the buttocks via injection at various depths. By removing the existing fat and re-injecting it into the buttocks, your body will be dramatically transformed. You’ll ideally walk away with larger, shapelier buttocks and a more contoured waist and thigh area.
Although surgeons may have their own recovery procedures, you can expect to be monitored for a few hours after the surgery and released the same day. Specific care instructions will accompany you home for both the buttocks, as well as the areas of your body that underwent liposuction. You may be given medications to reduce the risk of infection and you will most likely receive a support garment that you will be instructed to wear. This will apply even compression to the buttocks area. Finally, you can expect a series of follow-up visits to monitor your healing progress.
As you can see, this procedure is a serious matter and takes careful consideration. If you are searching for the best plastic surgeons in your area, do some preliminary research and think your decision over. If you live in Toronto, Dr. Ali Adibfar is a highly regarded physician who performs regular buttocks enhancement surgeries and Brazilian butt lifts. To book a free consultation with him, visit the Best Plastic Surgeon Toronto website. If you dream of having lovely, shapely buttocks this summer, there may not be a better time to book your surgery. By working with the most talented experts imaginable, you’ll have the best butt on the block.
We’ve all looked through photos and cringed at our awkward smiles and silly faces. How do the celebrities get is so right, yet we get it so wrong? Well, they’re no better than me or you. They just know how to smile for the camera. They know the tricks and tips that bring out their pearly whites and light up their face. The good news is that these tricks are no big secret. You can learn them to and unlock the perfect smile for your face.
It all starts with how well you look after your teeth. After that, it’s all about creating the perfect natural smile. All you need to know is how to relax those muscles, bring the glisten to your eye and smile wide. You might need a little practice, but let me tell you this for nothing. All the celebrities with perfect smiles have spent hours in front of the mirror getting it just right. Without further ado, let’s jump into the five tips.
It all starts here. The best smile requires pearly white teeth and plump red lips. Both your teeth and gums must be well looked after. Brush twice a day and floss regularly. Cut down on the coffees, teas and red wines that stain your precious teeth. If you do have severe teeth problems there are options out there. You could make use of thenewtooth dental implants in Kent & East Sussex.
The right make-up can really bring out your smile. Choosing the right colours and tones to complement your teeth can make all the difference. Reds and berry colours are the best when it comes to making teeth look whiter. The same goes for deep browns. However, experts suggest avoiding magenta and brighter colours. They have the effect of making teeth look dark and brown.
Make it natural
This is the hardest bit to get right. The perfect, photogenic smile looks natural and happy. Almost as if you have been caught in the happiest moment of your life. There are a few tricks, but nothing beats recalling a fond memory or funny joke. Let your mind wander to that moment and the smile will naturally appear on your face. Some swear by smiling as you breath out. On the outward breath, your muscles are more relaxed.
Just get in front of your mirror and practice! Try a few techniques for a natural smile, and see which you prefer. Does the funny memory work, or do you just crease up too much? How about breathing? Try moving your tongue to different places. Don’t feel silly, just take your time to find the right resting place.
Don’t forget the eyes…
They say you can always spot a fake smile in the eyes. That’s what gives you a true radiance. So don’t forget to look out for them when practicing. What is it that makes them light up? What gives them that glint and shows your true happiness? This will likely come from recalling your fond memory. Always try to keep that in mind.
So there you go. There’s no big secret or magic trick that the celebs use. Practice, practice, practice and find the best technique for you. Everyone has the perfect, photogenic smile in them. Now it’s time to find yours.
Unlike us ladies, men spend a very small amount of time grooming themselves. A typical man’s daily beauty regime involves a shower, a splash of aftershave, maybe some moisturizer and if they’ve got time, a quick comb of the hair. Most men are simply not interested in spending time each day pampering themselves. And because they are not interested, most men are unaware of the many benefits that can come from spending a little time on their skin and hair. When the nose hair becomes unsightly, and the fingernails are dirty it might be time to pass on some of these quick and easy beauty tips to your husband, boyfriend, brother or Dad.
I can’t imagine living a life without moisturizer; for practical rather than vanity reasons. During the winter especially, our skin gets dry, cracked and irritable, and moisturizer is the most helpful way to deal with this. Many men don’t bother moisturizing even during the winter months. This makes their skin look unhealthy, and feel very tight. Moisturizing each day will lead to healthier, softer skin. Additionally, wearing a daily moisturizer with SPF will protect their skin against damage from the sun and keep them looking younger for longer.

Evening face wash
Washing your face at the end of the day is crucial for achieving clean and healthy skin. But many men don’t bother. Each day cosmetic and environmental oil and dirt settles in the pores. If left alone, bacteria will accumulate on the surface of the skin and can lead to a breakout of spots. There are many face washes designed for men that use natural products. An exfoliating product is a good choice as this will also deal with dead skin, leaving the skin looking and feeling soft.
The man in your life should be using good quality shaving tools and products to avoid skin damage and irritation. Suggest a shaving foam and aftershave balm that uses gentle and natural ingredients rather than cheap and potentially harmful products. A soft bristled shaving brush and a quality razor will also help to achieve a smooth finish. In terms of body hair tips and ideas, if the chest hair needs to be tamed, a good pair of clippers used in the direction of the grain on dry hair will help. Applying a body lotion post trim will hydrate your skin and ease any redness. For unruly back hair, waxing is the best option. No pain, no gain as they say.
Dirty and ragged finger or toe nails are never a good look. When neglected, bacteria and fungi breed under the toe and fingernails which can sometimes cause stomach bugs when they come into contact with the mouth. Yuck! Perhaps if they were reminded of this fact, the man in your life would be more willing to regularly clean, clip and file his nails. If he does a lot of weight lifting he may have course, calloused hands. These can be softened by soaking in warm water and gently rubbing with a pumice stone.
I hope these tips encourage some guy grooming!
Just lately, I’ve had many compliments on the way my skin looks. I’ve had problems with my skin in the past, so I’m absolutely thrilled to have found a skincare routine that works for me.
Of course makeup has had a hand in helping me to look flawless, but I’m only human! Here are my tips for achieving flawless looking skin every day:
I Cleanse, Tone, and Moisturise Twice a Day
In the morning I cleanse with a good facial wash, before toning and applying my moisturiser. If I’m not doing anything, I’ll leave it at that. However, most of the time I’ll apply my makeup over the moisturiser. My moisturiser contains an SPF, which helps to protect my skin from sun damage whether it’s sunny or raining outside. Before bed I do the same routine, sometimes using a different cleanser. I keep this routine consistent, and try to do it no matter how tired (and sometimes drunk) I am.
I Only Ever Use Products Suited to My Skin Type
The products I use aren’t those that work for a celebrity, or somebody I know. They are products that work for me. Everybody is different, so we need to find individual products suited to our skin types. Many people make the mistake of thinking that because something worked with their best friend, it’ll work with them. This isn’t the case! You need to work out your skin type, and then find products to suit it. If you have combination skin, you can use different products to reflect that. Using products that aren’t suited to your skin type will make your skin worse, and do more bad than good.
I Exfoliate Twice Per Week
I love exfoliating. It helps to get rid of dead skin cells, gives me a healthy glow, and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. I do this twice a week, as that’s what the product I’m using recommends. In some cases, you may only need to use yours once per week. If it’s a wash with scrub incorporated, you may be required to use it every day. Go by the manufacturers instructions and test what works for you.
I Use a Facemask Once Per Week
Face masks are a real treat, and I try to be consistent in using one once per week. I try to do this at the same time and on the same day each week so I don’t forget. If I’m in a hurry, I’ll use one of those face masks made from cloth, that you simply unfold and lay over the face. These make the least mess, are easy to dispose of, and still leave my skin feeling great afterwards! If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll use a clay mask or a peel off. However, I’m usually removing bits of mask days later.
I Apply a Pore Strip When Needed
Pore strips are the answer to blackheads, ladies. Those annoying little grease blobs stuck underneath the skin, making pores look oily and open. You can try to pop these, but you’ll never get rid of as many as a pore strip can. All you do is apply to a damp nose, for instance, leave to dry and then peel off. Looking at the strip afterwards can be very satisfying when you see just how many you’ve got rid of!

I Use Clever Makeup Techniques
As I said before, makeup does play a role in my seemingly flawless skin. I still have the odd imperfection, after all, and there’s not much else I can do. This means I turn to makeup! Here are some of the techniques I use on a daily basis:
- I always use a primer after my moisturiser if I’m going to wear makeup. This stops the makeup from affecting my skin too much, helps to cover up imperfections, and makes the makeup last longer!
- I apply a colour correcting concealer under my eyes, which helps to disguise dark circles when I layer over my foundation.
- I apply my foundation with a good sponge or brush, making sure it’s expertly blended right down to my neck. No tide lines for me!
- I apply a regular concealer under my eyes to wake them up.
- I sometimes use highlighter and bronzer to contour my face, especially if I’m going out. The way you do this will depend on your face shape!
- If my skin is a little greasy one day, I’ll dab over a powder to soak it up.
- I apply instant tan occasionally, so I have more of a healthy glow on days when I don’t look it.
I Take My Makeup Off Properly at the End of the Day
You know I cleanse, tone, and moisturise twice a day. However, none of that matters if you aren’t taking your makeup off properly first and foremost. Cleanse twice at once if that’s what you have to do to remove every last scrap of makeup. Going to bed with makeup on your skin will mean you wake up with more imperfections. You could also end up layering new makeup over old makeup – gross!
I Nip Problems in the Bud Before They Get Worse
Occasionally, I’ll experience things like dark spots on my face. I make sure I nip these problems in the bud before they get worse, by doing my research on sites like http://www.healthyskinsolutions.com. I never ignore a problem, and try to eradicate it as quickly as possible!
I Monitor My Skin for Changes Regularly
Skin changes from season to season, so I monitor mine regularly for any changes. If I do notice changes, I change the products I use accordingly. My skin will usually get dryer in winter, for instance, so I’ll start using a richer moisturiser. However, using the same moisturiser in summer will break me out in spots. Sometimes, my skin will change for no reason at all. You need to be vigilant if you want to get flawless skin!
I hope you find my tips useful on your quest for flawless skin. Bye for now!
Looking to add a few pieces of jewelry to your arsenal? Gemstones are beautiful pieces of minerals that are cut, polished, and added to jewelry. Whether precious or semi- precious, gemstones are a great addition and can be found in just about any color, shape, or size. It’s the perfect way to accessorize and add personality to any wardrobe type.
However, before you head out to the nearest jeweler and begin selecting your pieces, knowing a bit about various types of gemstones and what to look for while you shop can certainly come in handy.
When it comes to determining the types of gemstones there are, it can be done several ways. Some of the most common ways in which gemstones are classified is by category, the method in which they are made, or by describing them as precious and semi precious.
Below is a list of gemstone categories and common stones chosen from each:
- Diamonds – the most common gemstone, diamonds are regarded as the most precious stones in the world and can be come in various colors and sizes.
- Corundum – this category consist of popular stones like rubies and sapphires
- Chrysoberyl – cat’s eyes and alexandrite
- Quartz – another popular gemstone category is the quartz. Common choices include the onyx, citrine, and amethyst stones.
- Beryl – Similar to quartz, the beryl category consists of stones like aquamarines and emeralds.
- Other – there are other categories for gemstones that might include jade, and organic stones such as pearls.
2. Creation Method
Another common way to classify gemstone is based on the method in which they are made. There are generally three categories that include genuine, created, and synthetic.
- Genuine – Genuine stones are created by nature alone and taken from the earth. Pearls diamonds, ambers are great examples of genuine stones.
- Created – created stones are those that are chemically designed to immolate genuine stones. These stones are typically not as expensive as genuine options.
- Synthetic – synthetic stones are also duplicates of genuine types but do not share the same chemical composition the created ones have. Synthetic materials generally consist of crystal, glass, and in some cases, plastic.
3. Precious or Semi Precious
The last commonly used method for classifying gemstones is by determining whether or not it has precious or semi-precious tones. The precious category was ideally reserved for four types of gemstones: diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds, while semi-precious stones make up the rest of the bunch. Of all the semi-precious stones, some of the more popular choices include garnet, aquamarine, jade, and amethyst.
Gemstone Shopping Tips
Now that you have some of the basics down, you’re ready to begin shopping for your gemstones either online or in a jewelry store. When looking for gemstones, there are several qualities to look at – color, clarity, carat, cut, and setting type. Keeping these in mind will ensure that you get the best quality pieces at a decent value.
Color – Color is certainly up to you. However, the more popular choices for color include clear yet intense primary colors such as red, green, and blue. Rare or unique colors might cost you a bit more.
Clarity – clarity is important when purchasing gemstones. The clearer and more transparent the stone is, the higher in value it will be.
Carat – Like most jewelry, gemstones are sold by the weight which is measured in carats. Keep in mind that some stones are denser than others.
Cut – The cut of the gemstone is also a factor that is based on your personal preference. A good cut doesn’t necessarily cost you more, but can add a lot of beauty to a piece of jewelry.
Setting – When choosing jewelry a bit of diamond settings education goes a long way as well. ‘Stone setting’ essentially means the method in which the stones are placed into the jewelry pieces. Invisible setting is one of the more popular choices for necklaces, while channel setting is very popular for rings.
As you look for jewelry, it might also be helpful to consider the types of outfits you might wear them with. While costume jewelry with created or synthetic gemstones might be best for everyday wear, genuine stones and invisible settings might be best for formal wear. These gemstone basics and other jewelry buyer’s guides can certainly help you in selecting the best pieces to accent any outfit or occasion.

I’m writing this post for a generation of people who don’t tend to collect antiques. Anything old is boring and usually discarded. But chill out on that attitude! Read on.
Sometimes it doesn’t take much more than a fresh polish to make something old new again. It’s amazing how a little TLC can go so far to change perception.
An old dirty relic: once loved and cherished, now boring and invisible. A clean and polished antique however –a noteworthy conversation piece.
People are the same way; underneath a dirty, aged, rough exterior it’s easy to lose sight of the person underneath it all. The more a person lets themselves go, the more they forget, and the more invisible they become.
I’m not bored, and it isn’t a slow week for content –I’m dead serious. I see an important correlation here.
Video link – too relevant to not include: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6a6VVncgHcY
Take this homeless American veteran for example. Jim Wolf: Invisible to the masses that walked by every day, probably invisible to himself and one person saw potential. We learn two things from this video:
1. Jim needed to see himself in a new light to really see him again. It had probably been years since he saw his own true face, and a little spit polish made his life new. His body had once been a tool he loved, nurtured, and maintained –and a few years is all it takes to forget the original splendour of anything. But when you get that feeling back –wow. WOW. It can move mountains.
2. Whoever’s idea it was to do this in the first place is the kind of person who maintains antiques. They look for the beauty in everything, and they change things. They bring back the loving and cherished feeling in everything around them.
How you treat your antiquities long-term says a whole lot about you. It’s also a unique thing to do these days to distinguish oneself from others in our throw-away society.
Cleaning and maintaining antiquities also takes time. Time that you can spend trying to pull back that feeling that previous owners felt –that story that connected them to their antiques and lit them up.
Alright, well I hope that jazzed you up a little bit and put a little nugget in your knowledge basket because now I’m going to get sorta’ boring and discuss the work part, and how to clean and maintain antiques, jewellery, you name it.
The technology and methods are a little weird for a generation who grew up at a time when everything was made of plastic, and Windex was all you needed.
Ultrasonic cleaning is ideal for fragile antiques, different style art deco jewellery in Australia, and ones that have a lot more nooks and hard to reach areas.
In a nutshell; place an antique in a solution of either water or cleaning product (water usually does the trick) and set it on an ultrasonic agitator. Ultrasonic agitation chips away at imperfections stuck onto your antique with cavitation bubbles created by high frequency agitation. It’s pretty rad.
This method can kill all sorts of baddies, from algae and fungus to rust and oil.
Take it from Mister Miyagi –do it yourself, with your own two hands. Apply the polish, and then remove. Apply, remove. Keep doing this until your antique is restored to its former glory.
Or until you pass out.
Let us know what you think of this article in the comments. If there’s a deeper meaning I’m trying to express, what would it be? What did you take away from this one? Happy belated New Year, everyone!
We all want to look instantly younger and more radiant. There’s a huge cosmetics industry dining out on that fact. The reality is the way our skin looks, how shiny our hair is and how good we feel are all affected by a variety of external factors, many of them within our control. So save yourself some money and get instantly more radiant with these three top tips for beauty.

Drinking the required amount of water (2 litres) a day is a fantastic way to perk up your skin. And perkier skin makes you look radiant and feel great. Water is essential to our bodies; it aids circulation, increases digestion, absorption and even excretion. Your skin is the very last organ in your body to see the benefits of the water you drink, so if you go without, your skin suffers. It becomes dry, tight and flaky. When skin is in this condition, it is more fragile and wrinkles quickly. Not a radiant look. Applying a moisturizer straight out of the shower and making sure you drink eight glasses of water a day are all great steps towards a more radiant you.
If you need a quick fix of radiance, cold water is also your friend. Splashed on your face, the temperature causes the blood vessels to constrict and makes your skin look smoother. It just doesn’t have a lasting effect unfortunately!

The eyes are the window to the soul. They are also the first thing that suffers if we skip sleep or stop looking after ourselves. Using an eye cream at night is a great way to keep the skin conditioned and reduce wrinkling. There is also a variety of creams on the market that, used daily, can address the dark circles under your eyes that result from late nights and stress. Check out the hydrolyze review for a good example.
It is also worth mentioning the importance of taking your time with your morning routine. Using an eye cream in the morning as well can open up your eyes and help to wake you up properly ready for the day. Gel-based creams are the best for reducing morning puffiness. Choose a cream which contains peptides and caffeine and place it in the fridge overnight to get the full advantage.
No time to change your routine? Get an instant effect by curling your lashes. This opens up the eye and makes you look bright eyed and bushy-tailed – even if you aren’t properly awake yet.

The reality is we are what we eat. The skin is one of the organs responsible for eliminating toxins in the body. If you load your body full of salt, fat and chemicals, the other eliminating organs become overloaded, and your skin has to work twice as hard. The outward signs of this differ from person to person. Some people suffer itchy red rashes whilst others get breakouts. Chances are you probably know which category you are in, and what foods cause it, by now. So stop eating them! A glass of lemon juice in the morning can help to flush out your body and kick-start your liver. Detox by drinking lots of water, eating fresh and organic produce and cutting out high sugar and salt foods. It’s amazing how quickly you will see a difference in the quality of your skin when it doesn’t have to battle toxins every day.
As the winter months approach, women all over Britain will be digging out their cashmere clothing designed to keep them warm until spring. Some may even be looking to invest in a few new luxury pieces, in order to keep up with the latest trends.
Cashmere is a very beautiful material, but it is also quite delicate. It requires a great deal of care and attention in order to stay in excellent condition for as long as possible. Here, we go through a few basic tips for looking after you’re cashmere clothing.
Generally speaking, you want to avoid putting your cashmere in the washing machine. The one exception is if your particular device has a hand wash setting, but otherwise, you should be doing this yourself. If you’re willing to spend some money, however, you do have the option of utilising a dry cleaning service.
When washing by hand, here are a few things to consider:
- Use lukewarm water – no hotter or it will damage the material. Apply the same temperature when rinsing.
- Use a clean sink, or preferably a brand new wash basin.
- Turn the clothing inside out.
- Be gentle – gently press the material to rid it of water. Don’t squeeze too tightly.
- Find detergent specially made for cashmere clothing, and use only a small amount.
Finally, it’s important to point out that cashmere with traces of dirt, or things like food, can attract clothes moths – which can have a negative effect on your items.
Again, for the best results, you’ll want to avoid a machine when it comes to drying. You shouldn’t hang it up either, as the water will flow the bottom and this could reshape the clothing. Lay it down flat, possibly on a towel, and lightly press to remove any excess fluids.
Keep in mind not to place it near any form of heat, whether that be a radiator or outside in the sun. Allow it to air dry naturally – this may take longer, but otherwise the standard of your cashmere will be seriously reduced.
This may seem like a less important issue, but the way you store your cashmere clothing can have a big impact on its condition. As mentioned previously, moths can cause you a lot of problems, so you want to ensure there’s no chance of them being attracted to your items while they’re put away.
One thing you can do is make your drawer clean – hoover it out, then give it a polish and make sure it’s sparkling before using it. You can also buy anti-moth paper that should prevent them from ruining your designer gear.
Should you already have a moth problem, then there are productive steps you can take. Simply wrap your clothes in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer – this will kill all the moths, and won’t damage the material in any way. Allow it to defrost slowly and you’ll be able to wear your pristine cashmere again in no time.
Are you looking for some luxury cashmere clothing before the winter comes? Check out the excellent range available at Winser London.
If you have recently been pregnant or managed to lose a lot of weight, the toll on your body may still be showing. Injury, illness, pregnancy and excess weight affects our skin in many ways. In fact, our skin may still be showing signs of changes within us on the outside.
Injuries can cause the joint to swell with fluid. This stretches the skin and adds to the pain as we are healing. Illness too can leave us bloated or dehydrated. The skin gives us away every time and is a good way for a medical professional to determine if something is wrong with us. When we are pregnant, the skin has to stretch considerably over a short period, and can become damaged. Equally, when we lose weight quickly such as when we diet or give birth, the skin does not recover quickly, if at all.
Damage to the surface of the skin from acne, insect bites, cuts, burns and grazes also take their toll on the quality and appearance of our skin. Our skin is an amazing organ, protecting us in many ways every day, but all that hard work can leave its marks. Nobody wants to see anything but flawless skin, so when our skin is marked, we feel obliged to hide it.
There are ways you can look after your skin to prevent permanent damage and marks. Keep hydrated inside, and moisturise your skin on the outside. Eat well, so your skin cells are fully nourished from your diet. The younger your skin is, the easier it is for it to heal. Elasticity is key for some marks like stretch marks. Treatments like TriLastin-SR stretch mark cream can help improve the appearance of this kind of marking.
If you are thinking of having a baby, you may want to get a head start and protect your skin. Start a rigorous buffing and moisturising routine around your belly and hips. You will get bigger, but you can help your skin stay as elastic as possible by keeping it hydrated and rejuvenating the skin with gentle buffing. Perhaps you are considering a drastic diet or slimming surgery. You may also want to start a similar routine to keep the skin looking refreshed as what is underneath starts to shrink away.
Substantial excess skin may need to be surgically removed, but this is rare. Instead, look after your skin, and keep in mind, it may look a little deflated for a while. Some new moms who have stretch marks after pregnancy feel proud that they have earned their ‘stripes’ through their pregnancy. This is a positive approach to natural processes that may permanently leave a mark on your body. There is no need to feel ashamed.
If you are looking for a solution to sagging skin or skin that is marked, you may want to try surgery. Alternatively, you may want to think about dressing to make the most of what you do like about your body. We all have bits we dislike, but none of us is getting any younger!
Something many women lust after is thick, luxurious hair. Unfortunately, we aren’t all born with that kind of hair. It isn’t always easy to come by either! Getting extensions is an option, but they can be expensive and it’s difficult to find a good extensionist. These tips should help you to get fabulous hair without spending too much money.
Using heat on your hair can really take the shine and moisture out of it. Leave your hair to dry naturally when you can, and try not to use heated appliances on it everyday. When you must use heat, make sure you use a good spray to protect it.
Avoid Covering Hair in Product
Again, using too much product can be bad for your hair too. Take it easy on the mousse, hairspray and other products.

Don’t Tie Hair Up Too Tight
When we can’t be bothered to style our hair, tying it up is a natural solution. However, you shouldn’t tie your hair too tight. This can cause your hair to become damaged and fall out, especially if you’re always putting it in the same place. Try tying it loosely and varying the height of the pony.
Rollers are a quick and easy way to get a great hair style. Just pop them in after drying, leave them while you do your makeup, then take them out for a lovely bouncy, wave.
Visit Your Hairdresser Ever 6 Weeks
People try to save money by not visiting a hairdresser, but you should visit one every 6 weeks to keep your hair in optimum condition. Get a cut and professional colour and you should notice a big difference.
Supplements such as Hairjelly can help if you’re struggling to make your hair respond to everything you’re trying. You can also try supplements such as multivitamins.
Eat a Healthy, Balanced Diet
Eating the right food will have an effect on your hair. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, and lean meat. Food like fish and avocados are supposed to be good for the hair.
If you use cheap products on your hair, you’ll more than likely get a cheap finish. Investing in great, salon quality products is the key if you want your hair to look amazing. You’ll be surprised at what a difference they can make!
Don’t Wash Your Hair So Often
Your hair doesn’t need to be washed every day, or even every other day. In fact if you do this, you can make it more greasy as it becomes accustomed to frequent washing. Try to only wash your hair when it needs it. Some women don’t wash their hair at all. This sounds gross, but they use dry shampoo and their hair is in amazing condition.
Stressing out can cause hair to fall out. Take time to relax!
Try these tips and you won’t regret it. Leave a comment if you think they’ve worked for you!
