Secret Number One – Drink 3 Litres of Water Per Day
Some people say you only need to drink 1.5 litres of water per day, some people say 2, I say 3! That’s right; 3 litres of water per day. Sure, any amount of water is better than nothing, but you’ll more than reap the benefits if you make the effort to drink 3 per day. Your skin will look in amazing condition, and you’ll find you feel better than ever!
Secret Number Two – Never Smoke
Smoking is yucky. I could sit here all day and explain to you what a bad habit it is, but I’m sure you already know that it slowly kills you from the inside out (and it makes you stink). If you want to stay young for as long as possible, never smoke. Not even socially. Stay away from those cancer sticks! You might think that one won’t make a difference, but it will. One cigarette contains multiple poisons – why would you do that to yourself?
Secret Number Three – Avoid Alcohol in Excess
Drinking alcohol in excess is an awful habit to get into. A few cans after work here, a few wines before bed there…the next thing you know, you’re drinking every night just to wind down. Only drink alcohol a couple of times per week, and limit the amount you consume. Never binge or drink regularly.
